Nico's Tacos - Pendleton

I wanted to eat from staff. A chicken Burrito ordered. Packed with chickens and vegetables. Textures were good. Red salsa was a dark Chipotle style and very good. Green salsa was good and almost sweet but still had some heat. I used both. The service was fast. The guy at the switch was super nice.

We rolled through Pendleton and searched online for a place to eat. Nico 's Tacos Food Truck found and read the positive reviews. Asked the seller at Pendleton Wool, and he shaken over Nico 's! We were sold. Believe the hype! Wife had a pork tostada, son had a chicken quesadilla, I had a taco plate with lengua, pigs and steak. Neither my wife nor my son could finish. I pushed my meal. Everything was delicious, and Lengua was perfectly cooked! Green sauce is amazing; Red sauce is definitely hot (too hot for us! . People were friendly. Whether you're a local or just rolling through, THIS is the place for tacos! I had a trio of pork tacos that had onions and cilantro and flavorfull pork. I'm looking forward to trying their breakfast burrito . . . .

Was back to Boise when we made a gas stop and came over this Taco truck! Definitely recommend the tacos de asada, the lengua was really good... chefs kiss

One of the best food carts in town. Right next to 40 taps, they even deliver your plate while you drink at the bar. Food options are great and plentiful.
