I went on a Saturday for lunch (no lunch specials on the weekday). This was my first time coming and I will be back again. Our waiter and chef were so attentive and warm. And omg, the food was delicious. I ordered double rice, steak and shrimp and even after stuffing my face at the restaurant, I had so much leftovers.
The establishment needs a deep cleansing and updates as the interior looks very old and outdated. The service was fair and lacked true genuine customer service with no explanation of the menu items or specials. The food was just ok. There was no real wow factor. The steak was ordered med well, and yet it was still tough. Which tells me the quality of beef isn't the best. This was my first time back in years, and leta just say I will not be visiting again.
Nami Japanese Restaurant offers an exquisite culinary experience with its delectable dishes and impeccable service. I indulged in the salmon hibachi with fried rice and veggies, accompanied by a refreshing glass of sweet tea, and each bite was a delightful symphony of flavors The salmon was perfectly grilled, retaining its moisture and tenderness, while the fried rice boasted a rich blend of savory goodness.Moreover, the service provided by the waitress was exceptional. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was top-notch. Her friendly demeanor added to the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant, enhancing our overall enjoyment.However, despite the outstanding food and service, one drawback was the time it took to receive the check. While it didn't significantly detract from the experience, it was noticeable enough to warrant mention. Nonetheless, this minor inconvenience does little to overshadow the restaurant's many virtues.
My fiancé ordered habachi fried rice chicken and steak TO-GO.. we got home and opened the food and it was shrimp on his platter along with chicken and steak (he is allergic) when he went to return the food to get a remake of the CORRECT order, the manager tried to fault him for not mentioning he was allergic to shrimp although he specifically only asked for chicken/steak when placing order.. he argued him down about how he was wrong for not mentioning he is allergic to shrimp and as we just asked for a refund he continued to say he doesn’t care because it wasn’t mentioned. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE THEY HAVE RUDE EMPLOYEES AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
