Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe went through the drive thru yesterday around 2 pm (07/18/2022) and ordered 12 Krystals, large fry, and large coke. The meat wasn't done and they tasted spoiled. It made me and my husband both sick before we got home.
Ordered food online. Got there to pick up and they couldnt make my order because the computers were down. I filed complaint with corporate asking for a refund. A day later, still no resolution. June 20th, no resolution. Filed complaint with BBB. D rated company.
Krystals is underrated. I really don't know why they aren't always packed. They have the best tasting burgers. If you have kids they are the perfect size.
They are like everyone else. They need help, nobody wants to work. That in turn really slows down the drive thru. They did a great job just took a little longer.
The employee was super friendly! Food was prepared fresh and not a long wait The burgers are just like the White Castle's in Illinois.
