A guy in the kitchen dumped someone’s wing order on top of the dusty pizza oven and then proceeded to pick up the dumped wings with his bare hand and put them back into the container!Another customer saw this as well and we both said out loud- I hope those are not our wings!Should have been thrown out and not sent to a customer!!!Last time going there-January 28 around 5:40

Ordered through door dash. Delivery driver shows up 2 hours after our order is processed, ordered a tray with one topping and 2 lbs of wings with multiple dips. We’re missing the entirety of the wings and half the sauces. This is absolutely ridiculous. We usually order from the Thorold location and don’t have this issue.The door dash driver told us that he was handed the pizza and told to leave. Is that how we handle customers food? This is disgusting: over $60 worth of food lost on a $100 order and you guys didn’t care enough to check the order before it left? Don’t blame it on being busy. If you guys can’t handle it; then shut down the shop. Disgusting work ethic and customer service.

The whole experience felt unprofessional and frustrating as a customer. Why lie instead of just being honest?

Fantastic experience overall. Ordered the wings extra crispy and they definitely delivered!

We ordered delivery at 4:38pm and were informed it would take around 30 minutes. After calling at 5:40pm, we were told the driver had just left with our order. Calling again at 6:30pm, we received the same response. When our order eventually arrived, it was incorrect. We suggest picking up in person instead.
