Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Pecos

After 16 hours, I just wanted to have a good meal. I ordered the 2 meat plate. Bands and brisket. Both meats were dry. I wouldn't have served my customers. Unacceptable! The crew, who set the dinner on 9/17/22, just looked like they didn't want to be there. The only friendly child was the one who let others know he had crashed on a rusty nail. I hope this place makes some improvements.

Very friendly staff! The food was fantastic and so fast! Really nice, covered, family-friendly atmosphere.

Younger gentlemen work in front. Wonderful experience, they were warm and welcoming and gave great advice on my questions about the menu. Clean decor, good decor and the food was absolutely fantastic? The two young men who work on the front, the one food, and the one who works the counter deserves an increase. They treated rude snobby customers like real professionals and I couldn't help but find out how great the team work is here. Great staff!

While I worked in Pecos, TX visited Dickey's dinner one night. The staff was incredibly friendly and the menu was much more extensive than I expected. In the first night I ordered the turkey and the sausage, brought it back to the hotel where it was still hot and tasted really great. So often I find turkey incredibly dry, but that was not the case and went back the 2nd night and ordered the same and it was not disappointed. Thank you.

Good food. Relaxing casual atmosphere. A new employee switched plates between two customers by accident, and the situation was corrected immediately with a new plate, and all employees maintained a friendly and positive attitude. Both customers were happy. My own order was as ordered and great taste. A good experience!
