Chicken Express - Pauls Valley

Express makes their offers really good. The dough radiates through and it gives you large pieces of chickens. The frits are good and the rolls are soft and pleasant. No complaints.

I couldn't find a grill while traveling on I-35, so I decided for Chicken Express as a local food option. I waited in a line in my car, a little irritated, not knowing what to expect. I ordered the chicken leg, the leg, the biscuits and the sweet tea. When I entered the hot, light, thin, crispy, practically fat-free skin and juicy chicken, I regretted not getting chicken breast. I'm going back. Friendly staff.

Only the reason why they don't get 5 stars is that they are slow in the drive thru. Otherwise, the food here is usually quite good.
