Burger King - Pauls Valley

I went to this restaurant for a takeout lunch and was extremely disappointed. The price per person was between $1-10, which was reasonable, but the food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1 out of 5.

This restaurant in Paul's Valley is one of the worst places to eat. People only go there because they have limited options, especially late at night. Most days of the week, they are out of many items like Coke, Mayo, bacon, and more. If they do have the food you want, they are likely to be rude or mess up your order completely. Half of the chairs and bar stools are missing. While there are a few older ladies who are polite, most of the staff are not.

I dined at the restaurant last night and again this morning. The service was decent last night, but absolutely terrible this morning. The employees seemed uninterested and disorganized. I waited in line for 15 minutes to place my order, and then waited an additional 40 minutes to receive my food. The manager attempted to issue a refund but was unable to complete the transaction successfully. Meanwhile, customers who arrived after me received their orders much quicker. The decor is outdated and the menu is limited. If I find myself in this area again, I will not be returning to this restaurant. On the other hand, the staff at Love's was excellent and the store was clean and well-stocked. I will definitely be returning to Love's, but I will avoid Burger King at this particular location at all costs.

Do not dine here!!!! I ordered a cheeseburger, they brought it without greens, tomato, bacon... Just a bun and a cutlet with cheese!!!! I asked what is the matter? The answer killed me: Sorry we don't have the ingredients!!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

About 03:10 I ordered a large bacon double whopper meal. I paid for a double bacon whopper. When I received my sandwich, it only had one hamburger patty on it. I'm a paying customer. I don't deserve that. Nobody does. Extremely upset because this is happening more and more. Maybe it's time to lay off the weed at work. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
