Odyssey World Cafe - Paso Robles

The broccoli chicken soup was truly incredible. I commented that it was more than enough.

The food we had was very good, but there were a couple of negatives. First, it was quite expensive for just two entree salads and a soda. Second, the ordering process was confusing. We were told to take a menu and sit at a table of our choice, but then we had to get up and order at the register. That didn’t make any sense to me. Additionally, there was only one sign indicating the ordering process, and I ended up waiting because I wasn’t sure what to do. It would have been nice if the staff had greeted me and provided clearer instructions.

They describe themselves as a fresh casual kitchen, and I’d say that’s absolutely accurate. This hidden gem is what attracted us to dine here, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience.
