The spice and wine tasting experience was outstanding. I really enjoyed learning about the inspirations behind each wine that the owners selected to produce.

My wife and I visited the tasting room on July 2, 2024, and we were the only guests at the time. This was our first experience trying what I would describe as spiced cheeses. They serve cheese topped with a variety of spices and pair them with their wines. It was a delightful and unique experience compared to other tastings we've had in Paso Robles. The woman working that day was friendly and accommodating, and she did an excellent job answering our questions. I highly recommend this place for a distinctive tasting experience.

Six of us attended the wine deconstruction and pairing workshop on Friday evening, April 15th. Our guide, Hunter, was fantastic and explained everything very clearly. The workshop provided a fresh perspective on wine pairing, challenging the common belief that you must always choose a "big red" with steak. Instead, we learned to be more mindful of the dominant flavors and aromas in both the food and the wine, rather than just focusing on the meat. One member of our group, who typically doesn’t drink wine, found the experience enlightening as he learned how to enhance or contrast wine with food—a concept he had never considered before. The flyer with pairing tips was also a great takeaway. We enjoyed our evening so much that we completely forgot to take a photo. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The wine pairing experience with various spice blends was truly enlightening. They sprinkle spices on cheese or popcorn to enjoy alongside different wines, which adds a fun twist to the traditional concept of food and wine pairing.

The tasting room is in a fantastic location, and the staff is wonderful. The wine is excellent and definitely shouldn't be missed during a visit to Paso. Take a look at the bottle labels—they're quite collectible! We ended up purchasing three of the four wines we tasted.
