It is very conveniently located and offers quite a decent collection of kebabs and other Persian delicacies. The staff is polite and accommodating. My wife and I will continue visiting this place as long as they maintain the standard of the service offered.
Sometimes a restaurant overall rating through different users can tell the entire story. Persia ranks one of the lowest in Zomato at 2.2. Their food was extreme. Not the good side but the bad part of it. The Tabouli Salad was very sour. The amount of vinegar in the dressing was unbelievable. I still tried to gulp it down while my facial expression and my stomach (later on) suffer. Morg-e Anar, a special Persian dish got a number of spices going but turned out to be very salty. It's a good thing there was enough pita to make it edible. Also for almost Php 400 (with taxes and delivery), its so darn expensive. It's only a leg quarter. My favorite Hummus was hoping to be the saving grace but turned out to be sour as well and in such small quantity. Am not sure if Persia exists to disappoint. They're complaints are there but they seem to do nothing about it. So confusing. alwayshungry.ph
I usually go here for lunch with my partner. The beef kebab tastes okay, and the ambiance is alright. We loved the burani service done at the table. The staff is accommodating and friendly, too.
The menu seemed inviting. So i had high expectations coming in. Ambiance & decor are better compared to behrouz. But that's about it. I find the food lacking in real persian spices. It seems like they are made to suit the Filipino taste bud. The sizzling keema tasted like your home cooked giniling, only much saltier. The beef kebab didn't taste Persian at all. It was bland compared to behrouz. The dipping sauce was sweet bordering on tasting like mayonnaise. And to top it all off, it was more expensive too.
