Shipley Do-nuts - Pasadena

They're super nice, but don't go if they have to be somewhere. they have no sense of urgency for people who try to eat before work. the drive thru takes forever! like 5-15 minutes for a single donut that is already made.

Lady behind the counter was very nice and didn 't get frustrated when my card wouldn 't work. Tried so many times, even after restarting the computer. She kept her cool, unlike me lol finally after entering card number in I was off. Need to add tip to the receipt. Rarely carry cash on me these days. I 'll go back. Their jalapeño kolaches are (as an 9ld friend would say) da bomb

Shipley's has the best donuts,kolaches,etc.in all of Pasadena bar none. Been going for years and always satisfied ?. Thank you Shipley's for making my day many times.

Very rude and no hello or anything the lady was very bad mood no wonder place was completely empty I thought I was lucky cuz no crowd but to my surprise it is the management that really sucks so sad cuz they are very delicious donuts but with the management attitude I wonder if they spit it n the donuts. I recommend that you just drive by
