Papa Johns Pizza - Pasadena

I have inadvertently placed my order for execution when placing it for delivery. I called the store when I realized and the manager had sent him right away with a driver and assured me it wasn't a problem. And the food was still hot and properly cooked. People always leave reviews when they have a bad experience, so wanted to make sure they were recognized for their exceptional customer service as well.

The pizza in the style of Paprika New York was very good and the pizza from Philadelphia was very good. Will definitely buy again.

As a regular customer.... I am always satisfied with the customer service, the contemporary fashion of delivery and the product. I appreciate the convenience of being able to order on the line and get a follow-up call when there are delays. Thank you. Dad! John's for Being Consistant

Over 30 dollars for a single large pizza to be delivered. Store charges a delivery fee, buy doesn't give that money to the delivery driver. Too pricey when there are cheaper, better options (looking at you carinis).

Last time I 'll order from them! For some reason my last two, very simple pizza orders were messed up but I decided to try again last night, Ordered a veggie pizza and a papidia. It was supposed to arrive in 30-40 minutes, ok great. I kept watch for the delivery person so I could make sure I beat the dog to the door when it arrived. Finally at the 1 hour mark with no delivery I called to get a status on it. It was raining and I figured Mountain Rd traffic at 8pm could have been why it was taking so long. To my surprise the order WAS DELIVERED. I found it on my front step, soaking wet! This cost me $40 with delivery and tip. Not only was it wet and cold, ants decided to take shelter in the box. It was DISGUSTING. I guess this was 'no contact delivery ' even though I didn 't request it. And it would have been fine if the driver would have used a little common sense and banged on the door and made sure the customer was aware their order had arrived. No more, I 'm done with this place and it makes me angry because I really do like the food.
