There were very limited menus for Happy Hour to choose from. Service was not available until we asked for help. I'm going there for the last few years and getting worse. Hopefully they can shake off the Kovid times Food: 4/5

Well I went into the restaurant and there were more staff members than patrons. After being seated and given some water I looked at the menu and then proceeded to wait, and wait, and wait to place my order. After 15-20 minutes passed what seem to be a manager said thank you as I was leaving. My response, “thank you for what? No one every took my order”. Her response, no one took your order. Terrible customer service. I can tolerate poor food and good service. Poor service, never. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

The burgers tasted amazing but the food comes at random times which is very weird. For example we had our food before the kids ?! and it took a good 10 min to get all the plates. I wasn’t sure about what to tip since we ordered at the kiosk and they just need to bring your plates to your table. Interesting concept I guess but food was really good.

From Poke tacos to the awesome pizza from The Luggage Room, from breakfast items to burgers, they really have a great offering. Nice patio seating, a great bar and more.
