Casa Olé - Pasadena

Worst casa ole I've ever visited to date. Wish baytown casa ole didn't close the doors, it was THE BEST!

Great food. Great happy hour menu. Service is good.

We had never been to this location but will return. We thought the food and margaritas were better than the Pearland location

I have been dining at Casa Ole for over 20 years. I visited today at 3:30PM. After waiting for someone to greet me at the door I was finally acknowledged with “How many?”. No smile, no how are you, no welcome at all. Me and my child were sat and then waited several minutes before being greeted. The server greeted me with the same lack of hospitality that I was given at the front door. After ordering and receiving my food I was brought the check without me asking for it 4 minutes after my food came to the table. The server circled back around every 2 minutes after that looking for my payment. I had hardly eaten my food and was trying to enjoy a meal with my child. Although feeling very unwelcome I tried to let it go and continue to eat. The server then came and asked me if she could get my plate out of the way. Before I could respond she reached for my plate which was still full. I looked at my receipt and realized from the time my ticket was opened until the time I was being shoved out the door only 24 minutes had lapsed. Not sure what happened here and not sure if I’ll ever return. Much friendly service at Deer Park location.

Tortilla soup is a bit different but still good just no tortillas in it! LOL
