Tim Hortons - Parry Sound

Great place to stop in for a quick break and some refreshments.

I placed my order at the restaurant and requested an extra cup for my 12-year-old. I was informed that there would be an additional charge of $0.10 for the cup. When I offered to pay for it, I was told that I could not make a payment without making another purchase. This level of service was disappointing, as I have not experienced similar issues at other Tim Hortons locations before.

Friendly guy in the drive thru. Thank you. Food consistent. Grounds had lots of garbage. Several bit of Tim's Trash lying around the drive thru and parking lot. Really? Let's keep clean folks.

Had some difficulties with Tim's app but the service was very kind and helpful. Especially this blond hair girl without glasses that worked on Saturday. There were some flies but it was made up by the food and drinks being were phenomenal, it had lots of flavour. For example, my blackberry yuzu that I've had the past few times were very watery even with ice, but this time when the ice all melted, it was still very flavourful, more than previous purchases. Honey crueller was also phenomenal and all donuts in there were fresh!

This place is filthy from top to bottom. Trash full, toilets overflowing, bathrooms dirty, all tables dirty counters floors doors just gross. I rarely give poor reviews but this was horrible cleanliness. Can't imagine what happens in the kitchen.
