The food was good, the ambience also, but definitely it hasn't been a good experience because of the poor service. Queues to enter aren't the best thing obviously, but then long wait for the food and even with some confusions from the staff that's absolutely the stamp of poor service management. The owner should consider more employees and better training to cope with such demand.

We came and many people waited. as we just wanted a table for 2, our waiting time was only about 10 minutes. the dame at the door was very friendly! they said that could eat up to 45-60min because it was a busy night, but it actually arrived faster. Although we first got the wrong juice (dress with sugar in a bottle instead of unsugared juice in a cup), we were happy surprised how the order once passado prime rib steak (800 g including a big bone) was great in taste and preparation! although we were full, we ordered dessert and it was also delicious! this city has offered us great food 2 nights in order. I think we need to stay

Service awful. Such lack of care and responsibility. Took almost 30 minutes to be served the wrong drink. Then they took it away to be thrown away, it made me wonder whether they would serve it to someone else! The drink I ordered did not come till after we had started eating. Overpriced for what it is. The food is great. Shame they don't employ a manager to manage the staff. The staff are very nice bit not organised.
