Arby's - Parma Heights

I visited on 6/24/24 for lunch with 3 grandkids. I had a lot of coupons and a fair amount of special orders. The gentleman at the counter was very polite and friendly. He had a tough order with us but handled it professionally. Our order came out very quickly, and all the food was hot. All around a great experience.

I went into the store. The cashier who I assume was the lead or in management. I was very impressed with the service he provided while keeping his team on task. I have been in retail management for 27 yrs and his positive coaching to his associates was positive. Great job

Roast beef was great. Sandwich was hot and the fries were hot and fresh. Customer Service was great. Good experience!

Did a mobile order, all good with that When at the window asked if sauces were in the bag, they replied yes I opened the bag and no sauces. Then they also forgot the napkins. The fact that they would rather lie to me instead of just saying here are a couple just in case. Very poor service

Just super slow when I was the only one in line. If you care about your time just go somewhere else.
