Przekaż informację zwrotnąPerfect for a lunch or dinner with friends. has two steps from the city hotel in a pedestrian street, no car or too much noise, so we can enjoy the terrace. products are fresh products and dishes are very good (especially Italian salad). the team taking care of the service is very nice too. but the big ones are desserts: the pistachio-trapped cream and chocolate mousse are excellent.
We happened upon L'Acanthe, looking for dinner after leaving the Beaubourg/Centre Pompidou modern art museum when it closed at 9 pm. We were delighted with our dinner and the ambience, and may return today. My husband had duck over a bed of mashed sweet potatoes and I had a delicious white fish (John Dory) fillet over tiny sliced vegetables, all with a very light white sauce. The Pistachio crème brûlée for dessert was sensational. We will never forget it. Picture attached. Sorry, we remembered to take the picture only after a bite. Service at l'Acanthe was excellent.
The beef tartar was excellent, the professional service and in sum the very nice terrace lunch.
A great Sunday lunch in this restaurant we found by chance. the reception is very nice and the food excellent. We ate the tartar and its sweet potato gratin, it was a pure delight.
So eating was really great and the ambience was also very nice. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. we had no difficulty with English. the prices are a little high but for the pariser city it was normal prices. the restaurant is really recommended.
