I’ve been calling in our orders all this week April 2,3 because it was convenient. I called tonight and a Guy answered the phone. I asked to make a call in order he told me they don’t do call in orders and continued to have a attitude, getting very disrespectful and using derogatory language. I called again from another phone thinking ok maybe He was just having a bad night just to get the same disrespectful guy on the phone. I asked for a manager or supervisor and he really got disrespectful. They will never get a dime from me again. The others that helped me all week was Definitely Nice and very Respectful. Shame on this Guy he makes Subway look terrible.
I've gone to this place many times as it's right around the corner from where I live. Every single time I've been there there have been multiple employees out back on break while I had trouble getting service inside or at the drive-thru. I have sometimes just been sitting at the drive-thru window for up to 5 minutes waiting on someone to even acknowledge me. While I understand every once in awhile things happen The fact that this is a consistent thing shows a problem in management. I just don't feel it's a very good look to have your customers waiting for longer times while you have most of your employees on break in obvious site.
Good place to stop on the way out of town. Still having staffing issues, but who isn't. Parking with a trailer can be tricky.
Subway is conveniently situated near the DPS office at Paris. The surroundings were impeccably tidy and spotless. The ambience resonated with serene tranquility while the crew members adorned the setting with their extraordinary patience and seamless cooperation. If I find myself in the neighbourhood again, I would love to revisit that place again.
