But what's good. meat quality is the best marinade, seasonings are authentic. I love to soak my meat in gray sauce with rays and grated leeks! pure happiness
I've never been to the japon, but I thought I had a meal. I forgot I was in a bet! a yakiniku that I am not ready to forget, delicious and unpleasant. Meat is exquisite. The service is amazing and the staff more than charming. Thanks again!
After I had not found a Japanese/Korean restaurant with free table on a Friday night (not stupid booked,) my partner ended and I here and at the end of the evening we were so glad. the menu had different meats/gifts/sides that they had on the mini grill of their table. everything was delicious and the meat was tender. only slightly negatiw was the pricing. the dinner itself was not too expensive, but the sweets and drinks were quite expensive. a mochi was just bigger than a golf ball was €6, which is crazy, imo. our bill was over 100 € for two that did not ott for paris, but the service was so good and welcoming, we have nothing against it. an excellent, tasty and entertaining way to spend an evening when they are in the opposite
Matchan serves very typical Japanese bark bbq with each table with its own mini grill. it is a small restaurant with formula menu moderate prices or special selection from the menu with a selection of nice will and beer. the restaurant is small and. cozy and at noon not very busy, but we were in the neighbourhood so tried it and were pleasantly surprised. matchan, the owner, has been there for 15 years and is a very nice man with respect before some other well-known chefs like Nobu....organize this restaurant and keep it to the small authentic places in paris. there are so few.
If they are familiar with japan, and eat genuine Japanese, this is a nice place to go in paris. if they want a shabu shabu, it is better to make a previous reservation. the place is small and not very comfortable, like many restaurants. in tokio. Although it is a bit expensive, it is a real experience. When I went there with my family, it was full and only with real Japanese people. a place I love.
