I found the food very disappointing, bland and poor quality. There are even Thai street food places in Paris 10X better than this. Don't bother with the chicken soup and the curry anyway. The bathrooms were extremely dirty like they are never thoroughly cleaned and just get a wipe. There clearly hadn't been a wipe for days as there was thick scum around sink, and no one had checked recently as there was excrement in toilets. There were repairs needed in bathroom. There was a hole in the wall of the restaurant that had just been patched up with menus. The menus themselves were in need of updating they were old with stickers on them for new food items. I'm saying all this because the price you pay for the food really does not match the experience. Disappointing.
I like this place a lot. it's very different from typical Thai restaurants. food is amazing. little expensive but got a 50% off with forchette. would have liked more options on the menu
We really enjoyed the foods in this Thai restaurant. It's delicious. I definitely would like to come back again soon. It's more crowded in the afternoon. If you prefer a quiter non-smoking area and to have more quiet then inside seating is a better choice. The service is good, the waiters and waitresses are friendly. It's mote crowed at the afternoon, if you like to have more quiet and non smoking then inside is a good choice.
The restaurant is in a neighborhood of many good places to eat. On sunny days you can eat outside and that makes the place very enjoyable. The food is good but rather expensive. We've enjoyed the Kai Penang Poulet, The Phad Thai Kungn Pâtes Crevettes and the Nua Ha Cou Khon Émincé Bœuf.The white wine CHARDONNAY is not recommended to order!
We had lunch here while shopping along the Rue de Montorgueil. I had an excellent chicken satay entree with a good five spice pepper beef plat. I've had authentic Thai before, and this is a very good imitation. My mother's pad Thai came with lemon rather than lime, which was a different flavor, but not an unwelcome one. One quirk was that the menu listed the five spice beef as spicy, which even to my pretty wimpy palate was not at all. If you are used to American levels of heat, God forbid actual Thai levels, this will be very tame. Service was great, and I would completely go back.
