The employee said I couldn't exchange it, I complained and she sent me to speak to the owner who claimed that he couldn't exchange or return the product due to company policy, completely ignoring the CDC which says that non-in-person purchases give the right to regret! with a straight face he told me to look for my rights! The citizen owner thinks he is above the law! On the page they say they deliver and do not respect the CDC. In addition to losing the client, I will look for the rights established by Brazilian federal law. A guy like that is a disservice to the local trade in Paranava. TERRIBLE!
