I enjoyed my dinner and drinks the service was great. everything came when it takes. large restaurant

I've been here many times and eating is the best part. I made a reservation for a late dinner and through the app there was an 8:45 and a 9:00. I booked the 8:45. when we arrived there, no customers and two employees were standing in one. we stood there and waited for attention and did not come by. then one stood up and went halfway away and said we were just going out. I asked “even with a reservation?” they said we have no one. I showed them my phone confirmation and they looked out and it was there, they said they had no warning. they asked us to wait while they called their boss. we waited a few minutes and they couldn't reach anyone. I said no thanks, we're going somewhere else. sad experience when you look at eating is good!

Terrific cafe at nordstrom's. Food is always fresh and prepared.

Place was fine. I’d pass on the onion soup but otherwise everything was ok
