Just left this restaurant this Wendy needs to train their staff to be a lot more courteous when they’re dealing with customers. The kid working drive-through just doesn’t have the personality or understand what customer service means. The young kids that are working here. I know it’s a tough job but it’s the job you chose so you should do it politely. Very disappointed in the service I received this evening.
Went after work. Went through the drive thru and waited about 3 minutes just to get someone to tell me they’ll be right with me. I said I understand because that’s pretty normal. Waited about 10 minutes and nobody came at all. Eventually just drove off and went elsewhere
Nice people that work there and great service, we won a free coffee cause they didn't had it prepared when I asked for.Great costumer service.
Wendy's and most fast food spots will be hit or miss, and it is very location and staff dependent.I'll say that at around 8:40pm on a Tuesday night, I put in a mobile order for a Dave's Double and a small chili when I was about a 5 minute drive away, and it was delivered to me after about a 5 minute wait in the drive through.The employee acknowledged my presence when I drove up to the speaker and told me that they would be right with me. Afterwards, they apologized for the wait, which I felt wasn't necessary since it's called fast food, not instant food. They were very polite.At that time, there weren't many customers, so I'm assuming there weren't as many workers as well, yet they still delivered hot and good tasting food. The burger developed a nice crust on both sides that enhanced its flavor without tasting burnt, and the ingredients felt fresh. The chili was hot and warmed up my soul. I forgot to ask for saltine crackers, but they included them anyway.
