Pleasant surprise for us at a rainy Tuesday night when we drove past Seacrest Beach for dinner. From the outside it seemed almost closed, but it was just the look I suspect. You could do something to invite you. The outer room you walk through is also underwhelming with dark brown terrace furniture. Once you meet the back room, you will finally start getting a good mood of the Craft Bar. Beautiful mood, lots of bricks and wood and alcohol. Standing beer on tap menu and always changing chalkboard. Our server showed up and the festival was up. There were five of us and we had four of the signature cocktails and an IPA to start. My Smoked Old Fashioned was very delicious and had the iceberg cube in it. My second was the Gin Gin Mule and while it was okay, I liked my first better. Everyone seemed to enjoy his choice and we have 9 different while here. The charcuterie plate at $14 was decent, but our server did not tell us what kind of cheese we had and the cured meat was a small amount of salami. Good, but not great. A kind of oil was also in the plate and we had no idea what it was a function or the origin. The new salad with black shrimps and black eye bears on Arugula was simply excellent and the whole table tried to get into it. The shrimp were very spicy, a good thing, and the grain bread crumbs were a nice addition. The creamy dressing also had some Andouille in it. The Cobb Or Chefsalat was also good and very large, even in the smaller size. We had burgers, Snapper Sandwich together with the handcuffed fries and they were all well above average. The Que and the Craft Burger were our choices. This could go to 4 or higher after another visit or two, but the opening review is a solid 3.5. Service was in the 4 plus area. We recommend this place.
My husband, I was looking for something new and fresh. And found this jewel, great burgers (Monday is half the burgers). And OMG Poutine for Pommes to die with engraving and crumb cheese. We're coming back!
The Craft Bar in Panama City Beach is something we need for a while. The beer they have could be the biggest! The servers and bartenders really know beer there! Maggie waited for us and told us to tell her what we want to drink, and she could assure us she could find us better! We started flying zombie killer was my favorite! Dylan the bartender touched our table and told us he could make the best beer mix and we trusted him. I told him I love stouts and he came with an Abita Strawberry and the left handed Milk Stout that was really AMAZING! Maggie recommended getting the Mac and cheese and roasted pecans! The staff was happy and lively, although they were a little busy, all their guests seemed to be happy and smiled on their faces and not only My husband and I, but also their other tables! We will definitely return and are really glad you are here! Welcome!

I had seen that they offered a bison burger and I hadn’t had one in years. We went during happy hour so we took advantage of the beer and snack specials. We both chose the North Coast Old Rasputin Imperial Stout (loved it! and shared the Hot Chicken Nashville Style and the Pulled Pork Quesadillas. If you like hot and spicy (and I mean really hot and spicy you will love the Hot Chicken. It was super crispy and perfectly fried, then tossed into a very hot sauce. Our awesome server, Brittany, warned us that it is really really hot and she was right. We were prepared and though it is hotter than I would normally like, it was also really good. The quesadillas were also tasty and just the right size for a happy hour snack before the main course of burgers. I was really craving the bison and that is what I ordered. It was smothered in jack cheese and fresh jalapenos and served with fresh cut fries. These fries were the perfect combination of soft and crispy and very fresh tasting. My husband had the pimento burger with huge onion rings. The 1/2 lb beef burgers are all made with local pasture fed beef. I had a bite of his and it was also delicious. When you see the menu, there may be a bit of sticker shock at the burger prices. The beef quality the availability of a good bison burger is worth it now and then (and those fries! but you can also get the burgers for half off on Mondays.
