After reading reviews about this restaurant, I knew it was new and fairly popular, but I was surprised by the ten-minute wait for a table. Once we were seated, however, it became clear why. The counter serves trendy gourmet berry dishes and grilled sandwiches. The clientele varies from staff members grabbing a drink at the bar to families enjoying a meal together. The atmosphere caters to a younger, hip crowd.

Today, I pushed myself to order a salad, even though the local cuisine offers so many enticing dishes. To my surprise, I ended up loving it! This is the only salad I can happily order, and I appreciate all the variety of toppings and proteins available.

Situated on California Avenue in Palo Alto, this restaurant offers a clean and casual ambiance. You can customize your own burgers or choose from their set menu, and the burgers are fantastic. They also serve sweet potatoes and fried pickles, which may sound unusual but are surprisingly delicious. Overall, it's a wonderful dining experience if you find yourself in the area.
