Fresh Sushi offers some of the most delicious sushi I've ever had. True to its name, the sushi is always fresh. The customer service is outstanding as well; the staff always welcomes me with a smile. Whenever I'm in town, I make it a point to eat at this place. Thank you for consistently serving amazing sushi!
They do an excellent job. I've never had a bad experience since I started going there when the store opened. We really enjoy the sushi and deli offerings.
This restaurant is also located inside Fred Meyer. I decided to try their California roll, which is usually my go-to for sampling new sushi spots, but I was quite disappointed. The rice was hard, served very cold, and lacked flavor. Perhaps if I had visited right at 11 a.m., it would have been fresher. On a positive note, the area was very clean, and the staff were polite and provided fast service.
