Quality ingredients at a good price. Servers are very attentive and friendly. You can sit outside and watch the events of Downtown Palm Springs or inside and see sports on multiple screens.
Visit the WA state and dive here for a snack and a beer and sit at the outside bar. Javier took care of us and even let us sample some of his homemade Margarita mix. I'm not a big fan of Tequila, but after I tried this mix, I'm sold! Also the nachos were fantastic and everyone was super sweet! Thanks for a great experience!!!
Reading through some of the other reviews made me think that maybe a Sunday evening wasn't a real village experience because it was pretty quiet. But that's okay... we haven't been looking for a party. We were looking for a good dinner and found it here. We wanted Pasta and Bougie Square over the street had a long waiting time so we landed here and so glad we were. The Fatuccine Jorge with shrimps and cherry tomatoes was really good, but the chicken Tequila Jalapeno Pasta was incredible. We had to order garlic bread to suck the sauce! The host was very funny and personal. He's the reason we wanted to eat here. Our server, Kat, was efficient and friendly. She was the right amount of attention without floating. I would definitely recommend this place!
Friendly staff, delicious comfort food and drinks. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and it was good but they never offer me salting crackers or chips or a spoon
A horrific experience… We went in on a late Sunday afternoon (5/22 5:00 PM) and were seated. The restaurant and bar were practically empty. A server acknowledged our presence and said she’d be back. We waited for 15 minutes, servers walked past our table and nobody stopped. No one said anything to us. We could see the two female servers outside joking with the host and playing with his hair. Our menus were clearly on the table and closed; we contemplated leaving but were starving. I finally went to the bar and asked the bartender if we could order food from him. He was the only positive part of our service experience thanks Javier for taking our table. I don’t know where they found these employees but I would be simply embarrassed if they were my staff. We used to go to VP frequently but will not be returning. Good luck Village Pub, might want to hit up the next local career fair and it’s definitely time for some performance reviews.
