Mrs. Fields - Palm Desert

Went to this location tonight was there at 620pm and was turned away and told they were closed already. Online the hours state 8pm on the weekdays .

The best cookies in the desert? great and courteous service.. super friendly staff? we go to the mall just to get their cookies ..

This might not be a place to visit frequently, but it's fantastic to treat yourself every now and then. I absolutely love the Peanut Butter Dream Bar, and the staff are incredibly friendly, especially the owners. It's the perfect spot for an occasional sweet indulgence!

I went to TCBY for some frozen yogurt, which shares a space with Mrs. Fields cookies. I ordered a mint chocolate chip in a cake cone, and it was delightful! The single scoop was a generous size too. The prices were reasonable, especially compared to Cold Stone, where a similar size costs nearly double. The cookies and brownies at Mrs. Fields looked tempting, but I was really craving frozen yogurt. I’ll definitely return the next time I'm at this shopping center's food court!

I placed an order for Valentine's Day, and unfortunately, they completely ruined my gifts. I had ordered two dozen heart-shaped cookies with decorative writing, but what I received were flat, plain round cookies. They messed up the writing, didn't decorate most of the cookies, and I ended up paying over $68 for this. The lady had promised me beautiful cookies presented in a nice box, but instead, I received flat cookies with minimal decoration and a box that looked like it was meant for pizza. I should have just refused to take them and not paid, but I felt sorry for them, and by that point, it was too late for me to find something else.
