Coachella Pho - Palm Desert

We stumbled into this restaurant after a disappointing experience next door at Casa Blanca, where we ended up leaving. From the moment we walked in, Shawn greeted us warmly and offered us drinks. The Pho was absolutely perfect, requiring no extra sauces or condiments. We also tried the shrimp and pork dumplings, which had a delightful spicy kick. The service was exceptional; Shawn truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, even accommodating us with a baby. I highly recommend this place!

The pho beef with meatballs is absolutely delicious. The teriyaki chicken banh mi sandwich is decent. I was eager to try their pork banh mi sandwich, but unfortunately, they were out of pork, which they claim is their most popular item. One thing to note is that the standard bowl size is smaller compared to other Vietnamese restaurants.

We've been searching for a great authentic Pho restaurant since relocating to the desert, and we've finally found it! The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. The waitstaff was both knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be returning!

Service is great. Price is great. I eat a lot of pho so my standard are a little bit tough. The pho passes; it's not bad and it's not amazing. The foundation of the broth is there, but missing that kick. Nothing sriracha can't fix though : Their pho menu lists beef, shrimp, chicken, etc. For those that eat pho a lot, you know you gotta break down what types of beef.. tai, bo vien, etc. First time for ppl trying pho you'll enjoy it. Frequent pho eaters you'll use hoisin or sriracha to assist lol.

My first ever bowl of Pho! What have I been waiting for? Probably the lack of such restaurants in my regular neighborhood. Am so glad to have noticed and gone into this FABULOUS new restaurant near the PGA Superstore. I had a (very large) bowl of shrimp and veggie Pho; garnishes of bean sprouts, asian basil, jalapeño (did not use because I'm not big into hot spices) and lime on a side plate. First large spoon of the broth was so heavenly! So were all the many others to follow...! Lots of shrimp and the noodles so flavorful and tender. I was in heaven and not hungry for hours and hours after. It was so nourishing and hopefully healthful; it sure felt like it. Go visit this new place. Service is wonderful. Restaurant is very clean and friendly; food seems extremely fresh and wholesome. I will definitely be back.
