Wendy's - Palatka

Was told by the manager that couldn't take our order at the register because they didn't have a person to do it.

We got 2 large chiles took it home and it was so spicy neither my husband or I could eat it that’s ridiculous. It was nine dollars and we couldn’t even eat it most of the time the girls are the fellas that work there they don’t speak to you when you go through the drive-through they don’t say thank you they don’t do anything they just give you the money and your food and go.Parking: Parking was fine

The people at this Wendy’s hate their jobs and do not know what customer service is at all. As a customer I am so tired of being rushed to order and talked too like I’m an inconvenience to your establishment. The tall African American fellow has a terrible attitude when taking orders and rushes every single thing being said…. With 2 people in line. If you hate your MINIMUM WAGE MINIMUM EFFORT JOB go find something better. You ask what I want to eat respectfully, I do not care about your drive time or if you get off soon. It’s 7:35 pm on Wednesday 2/21/2024 I was in the white suburban that’s sitting near the mobile order station. I hope the general manager looks it up on the camera and watched my girlfriend go back in because they (you guessed it) rushed and made my food incorrectly. If your job sucks, quit.

Still a good place to get a great burger and reaonable prices for a good meal. Clean and updated with plenty of parking. Hometown folks.
