Like other Dunkin store, this is also similar except faster drive through derive. But they need to improve hashbrowns quality as they weren?t fresh but served hot.
This location is a very horrible location. The entire staff is rude and they don?t treat anyone with respect. As I was standing in line inside the store 3 mins and nobody even acknowledged me and the other people. Then one of the the ladies there decidedto look at us and tell us Drive thru only. This isn?t the first time I have came to this location and it?s always something withthem. They are very unsanitary location and I could promise you that if you go here you?re not going to get the proper customerservice or experience. Sometimes I go around 5pm and they have the dinning room closed. This location needs an entire new staffbecause they just don?t care about the customers. The gave me a lid on my coffee that is dirty and unsanitary. With everythingaround the world that going on you would expect them to atleast follow the guidelines. Also sometimes at night they have told mecash only. They treat the people with the same background as them with respect. Also, they give them free things and instead ofworking they only sit and chat with each other. THIS LOCATION IS NOT A GOOD LOCATION AND THE ENTIRE STAFF NEEDS TO BE CHANGED.
Always on point with my orders. The few times that weren't, they've always fixed it without question. Everyone complaining act like they've never got drive thru food coffee before. Give the workers some room for error before you go berserk. They arealways very kind to me, You get what you give.
I came through the driveup to place an order. My total was NEVER given to me. I didn't know my total until I pulled around to the window. My daughter said the total amount was to high and she wanted to change her drink from a smoothie to tea. The Managerstated I must go back around around to change my order. So we decided to come in to place our order. When we came in. Theynever acknowledge us once we entered. When asked if someone would be placing our order. All the workers ignored us. 3 mins latera female worker approached the register with a nasty attitude. Then began to speak very loudly towards me in front of mydaughter. So I got loud as well. The Manager Adrienne Gonzalez never tried to deescalate she only ignited the situation. Fromthe very beginning the Manager Adrienne Gonzalez behavior didn't represent herself as a Manager. Therefore her workers feed offher bad behavior. My encounter was with the Manager at the driveup. I was never rude or disrespectful. Can you please explainwhy my daughter and I continued to be mistreated when we came in the inside. The fact the Manager Adrienne Gonzalez didn't allowme to adjust my order once we got to the window alone is quite disgusting. I know if I was any other race I would have NEVERbeen treated this way. Then she called the Police on me. Told me she was writing down my license plates. As if I'm going to run.I waited for the Police to arrive. I was then issued a no trespassing warning. Im waiting for a call back from the owner. I knowthat Dukin Donuts is individually owned but I would never shop at any Dukin Donuts again.
