Little Caesars Pizza - Painesville

My pizza wasn’t even cut, it looked extremely sloppy. Quality here has gone down hill since Swervin j and The BIG H left.

I have been trying to get a refund for days now because nowhere have they updated their hours saying they close at 9pm at some days so i placed an online order from the app that automatically charged my card. i never received any food and i’ve called five times now just to receive no refund or any attempt to actually fix the issue. do not recommend.

Saturday at 2pm there’s are no hot and ready pizzas made and no customers are here but me and the guy tells me 20 mins for a cheese hot and ready pizza , iv worked pizza places and it’s 10 minutes at the most to make and cook the pizza this is poor service and it’s like the employees are stoned and just don’t care, what has the worlds come to

Absolutely terrible I made an order today and I ordered it at 8:56 and as soon as I get there there closed even tho they were supposed to be open till 10 no body there nothing I don’t even think I’ll get a refund how is this place even

Can’t believe how disappointed I am. Pizza was overcooked and paid for extra cheese and clearly didn’t get it. I made the mistake of paying and then looked at my pizza. The manager said she made it and it was right. I told her clearly it wasn’t and then went and hid in the back. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t have one. I would have to call in tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous!
