Glenda's Pizza Depot - Painesville

I order normally delivery, food is always hot, fresh and delicious! When I get to serve great service. Great team you have in your facility!

Summary: If you want to pay for things you do not receive, and enjoy rudely treated by people who do not appreciate your patronage, ordering Glenda 's! Long version: I often ordered from Glenda because I like her pizza. Unfortunately, more times than not, they do not offer everything that ordered / paid for. When I get delivered food, no matter how many notes you make on the order, the extra dressing or sauces I paid are not included. When I call, they're not apologetic. The last straw, and why I will never buy anything from Glenda 's again, is that we order the apple planets that are served with one side of ice. Eight out of ten times the ice will never be provided. I usually don't mention it. A few times I called and said they were outside. No excuse again. Once we ordered the cakes with ice and then ordered three additional ice orders. None of the ice cream was delivered. Yesterday, my sister picked up an order. I asked her to remember the ice cream. Of course, when she picked up the order, there was no ice cream. She reminded her and the poor girl at the counter had to ask someone on the back about the ice. When the girl came back, she said they were out of ice and it doesn't matter because the ice is free. Seriously? Then why is it included in the menu with the apple planets? I'll protect Glenda again!

Glenda has AMAZING food!! First of all, LOVE the sweetness of the dough and the sauce! I see many reviews that reduce this glory! We always order a few sheets of pizzas for family meetings and there are never leftovers! Today we have tried Mozz Sticks, Cheddar Jalapeño Poppers, a seafood pizza and a FAMILY size cheese pizza!! The appetizers were fresh and ingenious! The seafood pizza was pretty good, but could be a more garlic sauce and some Asian cheese *hint Hint*! And the family pizzeria, actually ended a HALF SHEET! It was a little expensive, with $42, but it is worth the splurge every time in a while! You said 30 minutes and it was ready for the 30 minutes. Thank you. Orders are never finished in time. I ordered every hour of the day on both weekdays and weekends. I keep waiting 10-15 minutes after pickup time. More than not, they're from one of the items I ordered. When you call, the phone rings forever. Only disappointed with the last visits. A positive is her Great Zukkes appetizer wonderful? if it's in stock.

I really want to like the pizza here since it?s a local business, so much so I gave this place two chance. The first time a couple of years ago the dough was so sweet it tasted like a pancake. Actually it tasted like a McDonald?s McGriddle it was also under cooked. Two years later I gave them another try. WHAT THE HECK! Same thing. Can they not make a pizza. If they want I can show them. Here?s how. Call Regos in Fairport Harbor and order from Jim then sell it as your own or you could just get frozen from Aldi. That would also be better.
