I sampled their BBQ back ribs, which were deliciously sweet, a taste that many Filipinos enjoy. If you’re feeling adventurous (like I was), you could try their kalderetang kambing. I didn’t try it myself, but my friends gave it a go and mentioned that they hardly tasted it. I also asked them if it was freshly cooked, and they confidently said yes!
