We were last twice with friends here, a couple of them is very critical about the demands of restaurants. but that was really not a problem here. we always come back and experience a very nice evening each time. eating is perfect, the selection good, the dishes kreatiw, the prices reasonable - the service could be a bit more attentive and professional; in a restaurant of this quality class I expect that the staff can explain to me the ingredients and preparation of the foods, that was not the case at our last visit.Well, we could be sure that it will taste and have not been disappointed.Always happy again!
Gans in paderborn eating? always in the copper boiler! gilbert scheid understands to prepare this dish with an acute and extremely picant. So: go and eat... from november to December. the geese have lived in the paderborner land - you taste the region :-)
Very nice little restaurant with very fine and fresh kitchen, very interesting dishes on the map, for everyone, whether fish meat or vegetarian, here everyone will find something. also a great wine card.Only to have a star to go out there for the service, this could be a little more professional for such a restaurant.
After a few years ago we had made very bad experiences in the copper boiler, we have avoided this locally long. but now we have to taste four (just in the same place as before) again, whether we like it better. In the table reservation, I have registered the one gluten-free eating, nevertheless there was no gluten-free bread. that was the only disappointment in itself. all four ordered the three-course menu. as an appetizer there was fried jakobsmuschel. two people then had pumpkin soup. as main dishes, it gave it twice seafood with cauliflower curry and twice grilled duck breast with asiage vegetables (which seemed to me like it was from frosta). two people got to dessert kirschlasagne. all were very satisfied with their eating. also the recommended white wine to the menu was excellent! the service was very friendly and attentive. all in all a successful evening! the disappointment of the penultimate time we can put to the act!
