Starbucks - Pacific Grove

Miss Ann was the politest person I've ever encountered at a Starbucks! She made both my boys and me feel wonderful by personally engaging with us, and our drinks were exceptional. Their positive attitude was the best I've ever experienced! I typically receive poor service, but she truly made our day! I'm so happy to have met such a bright and cheerful person! They definitely need more employees like Miss Ann!

The coffee here is fantastic, and the baristas are excellent! However, the pandemic has been a major challenge for the business, as it's prevented customers from sitting inside and fully enjoying the experience.

It was a lovely place; although I didn't spot any butterflies, my stay was enjoyable.
