The offerings are your standard selection, ranging from General Tso's chicken to roasted chicken wings. I appreciate how quickly they prepare the food; it’s a great place for a fast meal. Delivery is consistently prompt, even when I order through Grubhub—they always arrive ahead of schedule. The restaurant itself isn't particularly charming; it features the typical fast-food Chinese decor with tables and stands (there's no dine-in option since COVID), but it is clean.
The food is definitely worth the price, and the service is consistently good. Delivery is usually quite fast. Just be sure to check your receipt, as it may differ from what the driver tells you — you might end up paying $20 for an $18 meal. Is this an honest mistake due to rounding up or just padding tips? I'm not sure.
If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. The lo mein tasted burnt, and the delivery guy who brought it was rude. He insisted on a tip, and after witnessing his behavior, I refused and told him no. He then yelled at me and called me names, labeling me as cheap. I will never order from this place again.
The woman on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend visiting this place at all! Don’t be fooled—everything is overpriced. The lady at the register even called me names, and the food was simply bad. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant.
This restaurant clearly understands how to treat its customers. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The food is on the pricey side, but it's consistently delicious and well-presented.
