Los Mexicanos - Oxford

We stumbled upon this restaurant located just behind the Comfort Suites in Oxford, Alabama. The menu looked appealing, but you can never be sure until you try it, so we decided to give it a shot. Two of us ordered...

The staff was helpful and incredibly friendly! The atmosphere was comfortable, with great energy and tasty food. The dishes weren't overloaded with sauce or cheese, and the portion sizes were just right. Everything was served perfectly, with nothing needing to be sent back or adjusted. The prices were reasonable, and the menu was well-curated without being overwhelming. I can't wait to return to try more of their offerings. Also, the sweet tea was excellent!

We stayed at the hotel right behind, so we walked over to the restaurant. The food was quite good, and the chips and salsa were especially delicious. However, we ordered churros to go, and unfortunately, they were very hard.

I absolutely LOVE this restaurant because the food was incredibly delicious! I don't think I can enjoy another Mexican restaurant after this experience. I ordered the Las Tapatias (three chicken...) and it was amazing!

The food was genuinely authentic. We went on this trip because we needed to refuel and noticed the great reviews. We weren't disappointed at all. I'm really glad we chose to stop here!
