Kfc - Oxford

First time eating at the one in Oxford and the last. Drink was flat, biscuits was super hard that you could not even bite it, and the chicken was over cooked. I was not a happy person with this meal at all today. But the service was amazing ????

Biscuits were forgotten and there was hair all in the chicken. We came back for the biscuits since it was almost $30 for all of it and they tasted dry and stale. Definitely a run down location judging by the spill at the front door just sitting there.Wouldn?t recommend.

Severely disappointed. Messed up the order badly. Tried to call about it and got hung up on. Would not recommend.

On our way home to TX, we stopped by here to order drive thru. There was no line and just us. When paying, I asked if I can add half a gallon of sweet tea to my order but was told to go around and order again. Mind you, there was nobody behind us. This isthe very first time I had experienced not being able to add to order whrn paying. We waited for our food for about 2 minuteswith nobody going thru the drive thru. Poor customer service for this KFC location!

First KFC I have visited in a LONG WHILE THAT DOES NOT BURN THE FOOD and does not mess up order. Great job! You have earned a forever customer ??????????
