Burger King - Oxford

I waited 10 minutes for my meal, and when it arrived, the sandwiches were not hot, and the bread was stale and tough. They also forgot to include one of the sandwiches. When I inquired about it, they handed me a plum in a box and suggested I put it on my sandwich. I usually enjoy Burger King, but this experience was quite disappointing!

Hello, what a difference a day can make! My previous experience at this restaurant wasn’t exactly five stars, but tonight exceeded all my expectations. My only regret is that I didn’t catch the manager's name. She had a personal touch, which is something I’ve recently noticed is lacking in the nine retail stores I’m currently helping. However, that didn't affect the manager's performance. She was incredibly patient and professional, and her service truly sold me on the food. She was very apologetic about the wait, but that didn’t bother me at all. My order was fresh and accurate, and the escape routes and restrooms were clean. I would like to thank Frau Ruffin for addressing my questions.

The food was good, but getting inside with a wheelchair was a nightmare. The sidewalk was blocked by a cone, forcing me to go onto the road. There wasn’t much space to navigate, but luckily it was a quiet time; otherwise, I wouldn’t have been able to get in at all. Additionally, the disabled parking was just a regular spot near the entrance.

They never have the Chi King sandwich available, which is the main reason I want to eat there, in my opinion.

There were about 12-12:30 for lunch. the food I received was fresh and hot. I know they got very low stars on ratings, but they did well on my visit.
