Arby's - Oxford

Ordered 2 Apple turnovers and got 2 cherry with icing all over the wrapper it came in. They cant answer the phone either to try and resolve the issue.

An employee on break was talking loud and using profanity sitting on at a booth in the restaurant. She was on her phone and was talking about the music that was really too loud itself. I asked to speak to the manager and she just quietly said, I'm sorry. I asked should I call Corporate and she said probably! So this is my opportunity to have a voice. I was traveling through Douglasville, GA. but will never stop at that Arby's again. The only other customers were 2 elderly couples who were highly offended as well!

We tried the deluxe fish sandwich. We were very disappointed. They were not fresh and hot.The buns looked like they had been smashed. They are also dry and burnt. The fish was a little over cooked. They had way too much sauce on them. We will stick with the turkey gyros or roast beef sandwich.

Very friendly and helpful staff greeted us immediately. Both were very helpful and nice.Wheelchair accessibility: Bathroom was wheelchair accessible.
