Sainsbury’s Heyford Hill - Oxford

Nice large, well kept shop with lots of choice in food, household and fashion and all very good value for money. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and it makes shopping more enjoyable

Really lovely supermarket with lots of choice, special offers and very helpful staff. They have cash point facilities and an area where you can get holiday money. They also have key cutting, dry cleaning and a Specsavers in store. Upstairs they have a lovely cafe...area with lift access. Upstairs they also have maths and English lessons for children.

Popped in for Breakfast following an early appointment at the Churchill... Good service, Good menu, good food and a very good price... folks.

My wife popped to our local Sainsbury's to get a couple of last minute items for dinner for the family. She arrived before the closing time, only to be told they were closing soon and that nobody would be let into the store. This...would've been frustrating for us but there was also a mother with her young baby needing to just pop in to get formula. Only for her to be told the same thing and advised to find a pharmacy that would be open!! This is just awful. I'm disgusted by the level of incompetence and the complete disregard of another humans needs. The fact that people were outside BEFORE the closing time stated on the website is unacceptable.

Normally the food and service is excellent except for my visit to the cafe on saturday the had to ask for the table to be cleaned from previous occupant when the meal arrived the batter on the fish was so overcooked it was inedable...very disappointing as on previous visits the service and food is excellent
