Wendy's - Owensboro

I listen to Wednesday nights after my service to get a good hot combo before I work the 3rd shift the night. Always friendly staff and good food.

Erin was amazing cant say much else for the other employees not very friendly and food was mediocre

To me Wendy’s is a struggling burger joint. Too many other options available elsewhere. Wendy’s needs to kinda redo their menu options and catch up with the times. Needless to say when someone says let’s get some burgers Wendy’s is NOT my “go to” place. Sorry for being honest. One other thing the best thing on their menu (and always have been) is their Choclate Frosty’s.

The chicken nuggets were better today than several days ago, they were fresher, the fries were not an crispy as they're advertised, slightly limp, French fries are much better crisp.

It saddens me to have to write this review. Wendy's always has good food but as of late the service and staffing levels have been horrible. There are always large wait times in the drive through and a skeleton crew working inside. They have shut down the payment window and are using the 2nd window for payment and food delivery several times now due to the amount of staff. Even speaking to DoorDash drivers, orders are being cancelled and not accepted by drivers because of the wait times they are encountering as poor quality of food and service. There is nothing like spending for delivery and receiving cold food.
