Fuji Of Japan - Owensboro

The Sweet Jimmy sushi roll is amazing! However, I am unsure of all the ingredients in it. Can someone assist me?

The new owners are welcoming and the food quality has gotten better. There have been a few adjustments like the salad dressing, but nothing too significant. The decor has been updated and the sushi is fantastic! For a spicy kick, I recommend trying the Lucky Roll with Rooster Sauce on top.

I had an amazing lunch at this restaurant with an excellent filet, great service, and a lovely atmosphere.

Best sushi in town. I've tried sushi at all the Japanese places in town, and this place has the best in town. The other food is good, but sushi is best, hands down.

Fuji is our favorite Japanese restaurant in Owensboro. I really enjoy eating at Fuji of Japan. The staff is friendly and the food is very good. I usually order the filet and it's great. The chicken is also tasty. Lately, I've ordered the tuna and it is amazing.  My husband often added scallops to his filet order and they are wonderful too.   <br/ <br/ We love the sushi selection at Fuji.  It is my favorite place for sushi in Owensboro.  The Blue Moon is my favorite.  It has salmon, cream cheese, and a teriyaki sauce.  Delicious.<br/ <br/ I like that you can choose between the show cooking tables and a regular table.  They also usually have great music playing.  The only thing I wish they would do differently is add a few other sauces like a spicy mustard for meats and a ginger sauce for veggies like one of my favorite favorite places in SC (Miyabi Kyoto).
