The Farmhouse Brewery-owego

I took time for a stop at the Farmhouse Brewery. Quaint, clean, and a beautiful wooden slab bar top. The bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable about the brews. He suggested the Don 't Miss a Beet beer. I would love to try other brews if I visit Owego again.

Travelling from NJ to Erie,PA. Saw ad for Farmhouse Brewing in a local guide book. Definitely worth the small detour. Storefront in downtown Owego. Very cool interior. Sat at the bar. Eli, the bartender greeted us and explained the beers. All made with locally sourced ingredients, many not typically found in beer. Ordered a flight based on Eli's advice. All were really good. The Bourbon Barrel Quinn was excellent. Definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.

Not only do they have interesting beers like Peas Porridge Hot (tastes like jalapeño peppers), but fantastic soda like Cherry Pie. ? Great atmosphere and definitely a good place to chill.

Fun, relaxing atmosphere. They allow you to bring in your own food or have food delivered, so we have ordered from Mario's in town. They have their own beer and local ciders on tap. They also make their own sodas if you have a nondrinker in your group. They have snacks such as local cheese or homemade chips. I finally went to one of their trivia nights, and it was fun.
