It used to be a lot better. This time the hot pot taste raw and not flavorful

I absolutely LOVE jumbo noodles bar! They have the best ramen I have ever had! The staff are all so amazing and kind! Definitely my favorite spot to eat!

I think the best word to describe this place is this is an Asian fusion restaurant. It mostly mixes Japanese and Chinese food together. Overall I think it has done it well. I came here for the hotpot so I cannot speak to the ramen side of the food offering. The hotpot is an interesting twist to the traditional Chinese style of hotpot. First time trying it and got it to go. The owner was very nice and let me know at pickup/payment that they had supply chain issues. I understand that. Due to this, the beef was substituted in both of our dishes. Unfortunately, the meat was very fatty yet also tough with a weird texture. Both my wife and I tossed our meals in the trash after just a couple of bites. Ideally, if they can't make a dish, they should pull it from the menu. The appetizers were just ok.
