Blue Gum Hotel is a fantastic restaurant for those with food allergies or dietary restrictions. Head Chef Damien not only offers a great menu, but also shows genuine care and understanding for customers' needs. He is always willing to accommodate for special requirements, making dining out stress-free. The food and service are both fantastic, making it our favorite local spot.

The restaurant offers excellent food at reasonable prices. They have an impressive selection of beers on tap. The customer service and staff are top-notch. While the rooms are minimal, they had all the amenities necessary for our family. We will definitely return when we visit Sydney again.

I went with my friends yesterday and we had lovely time. They turned on IPL Cricket for us. We enjoyed watching it and all the staff members and service was 10/10. I will surely go here again soon with friends.

We had an unexpected discovery and truly enjoyed our overnight stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were modern, clean, tidy, fresh, well-maintained, and nicely presented. The motel also offered a dining room for guests with coffee, tea, juices, cereals, and bread available. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Sydney next.
