Starbucks - Ottawa

Staff are more concerned with taking amongst themselves about ridiculous things. Very slow and unprofessional.

The staff here can be very unprofessional and everytime I order a drink here, there is some sort of issue with it.. either they forget, make it wrong, or make a completely different item...the last time I was there (last Sunday), I waited 25+ mins for two lattes. I checked in with them after 20 mins only to find out they put my order in the system incorrectly. Which is fine, I get that this stuff happens. I 've worked at cafes in the past. But, they blamed me for my order being incorrect and then charging me incorrectly. I waisted my time and was blamed for their mess up. I asked for a refund because I didn 't get my order and waited over 30 mins by this time.. then was blamed for their error. PS I ordered at the cash (not through the app).I got my refund but they did not refund the tip I left... so I still ended up paying for a horrible experience and to be blamed for their incompetence. Would not recommend this location.. especially on a weekend.

Waited 30 minutes for a mobile order that they lostFirst thing out of the baristas mouth was “you probably put the wrong address” while we were holding 1 of the items from the order.Absolute joke to blame your own mopishness on your clients paying $8? /coffee

Very dismissive, argumentative and etc.. why is it hard to get an order right here. The main summer drink is never consistently done properly. You ask for soy substitute they add a bunch of extra stuff you never requested. Then want to argue with you when it’s’ brought to their attention. I think I know what I ordered IN MY DRINK. they make asking for water on a hot summer day a hassle. it’s always that one man. with blue hair tips.

I have been going to this Starbucks for years. I find the staff great however there is one star out of the bunch; Shirwa. They have been nothing but kind, easy to talk to and knows everything there is bout Starbucks. Good thing your store now accepts tips through debit. Love knowing I can support this person whenever they’re on shift for their fantastic service!!!!
