KS on the Keys - Ottawa

Wild; this is a restaurant that clearly presents itself as a much more grandiose and superior than it actually is. They have come, not far, but a bit of a way from their humbler diners begins at the corner of Bank Albion, with a larger room expanded menu, but by no means this is now a fine restaurant, even despite their prices. Vegan gluten-free options? I applaud your effort! But it's really just Daiya brand shredded cheese, and much of the menu is still unpleasant fat, very easy to be anywhere in the place • Stay at a speciality (it had always been pizza), and try to be your best to be the best... try to be all things, and something goes amiss. If nothing else, please at least improve the quality of your customer service • such a massive disappointment every time I get into whether for a quick lunch or private party. I'm not coming back.

The pizza here is incredible! Not the cheapest but the best thick crust za around. Lasagna is worth a try as well.

Were a party of 5, 2 of the menus had old prices. When we questioned the difference in prices the waitress called the manager. Manager said 2 menus were old and did not reflect the increase in prices, and we would have to pay the...More

Have gone here several times and any time I have gone in a big group they add a gratuity to the bill -(sometimes not telling us so we over tip) long wait times. And not what it use to be. I miss the old days of KS.

Great restaurant near cineplex. Stopped in for a quick bite before a movie. The restaurant is huge, the service was great and the food was excellent. They serve a variety of Italian, Asian and other things including steaks, ribs salads and pizza.
